Dwaine of Dwayne is a mechanic and a friend of Jethro in GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
GTA Vice City
Dwaine works in the Vice City Boatyard with Jethro in 1986. They appear only once, when Tommy Vercetti buys the shipyard.
GTA San Andreas
By the year of 1992, he moved to San Fierro where he runs a hot dog stand. He starts working for Carl Johnson at the Doherty Garage, together with Jethro, after The Truth recommended them as good mechanics.
