The M16 is a very powerful military weapon with an even larger range than the AK 47. Its high firing rate makes it very effective against both attacking as fleeing targets, but you can not fire the weapon while walking. Its magazine holds 50 rounds.
The weapon can be bought at Phil's Place at Staunton Island.
