This is actually not a mission but just a cutscene, a short piece of film in which the story is told. Directly after this cutscene the mission Sweet & Kendl will start.
Carl Johnson arrives at his mother's house. He looks at the picture of his mother. He hears voices in his head, voices from the past. He sits down and looks sad at the picture of his mother. Suddenly someone's coming out of the kitchen screaming and running with a baseball bat. It's Big Smoke who thought that you're a burglar. Big Smoke sees CJ and pulls his arm around him. After that Big Smoke talks some bullshit and they leave for the funeral.
