Vinnie tells you about a man named Frederico. The Mafia told him that he uses more of their product than selling it. Vinnie wants you to kill him, as a service for the Mafia. Get in your vehicle and drive to the Ammu-Nation in Harwood. Vinnie gave you just enough money for buying a Pistol. When you have buyed a pistol, drive to Frederico. He is marked with a red square on your radar. When you arrive, you will automatically get out of your vehicle. Kill Frederico to complete the mission.
