Mike Toreno is giving Carl permission to finally get his brother Sweet from prison. Take the car from Toreno and drive to the police department in Pershing Square to pick up Sweet. Now drive together with Sweet back home in Grove Street. The hood isn't under control of the Grove Street Families anymore, so you have to regain control over the hood. First you have to kill six crack dealers who came to Grove Street in the time you and Sweet were gone. They are indicated with red marks so you can't miss them. After this you have to start a so-called gangwar by shooting three Ballas-gangmembers. Make sure Sweet stays alive and survives the three waves of attacks. When you have successfully done this you've taken over the Grove and the mission is passed.
