OG Loc wants you to take out Madd Dogg's manager.
First you've to steal the car of one of the chauffeurs of the manager who's eating in the Burger Shot in Temple. On your way OG Loc calls you to tell you he has left the Burger Shot and is on his way back to meet the other chauffeurs. Drive against his black Elegant, which makes him step out of it, kill him and take the Elegant.
Now you've to make sure the other chauffeurs won't become suspicious by the damage of the Elegant. Repair the car at the local Pay 'n' Spray and drive to the other chauffeurs. Park your car between the two other black Elegants facing the same direction. Then you've to drive a little while between those other cars to pick up the manager.
Once you're at the place where the manager is located he will get in your car. Now drive as fast as possible to the pier at Verona Beach, but watch out for the other two cars because they are trying to ram your car. At the end of the pier you'll have to jump out of the Elegant after which the car plunges into the sea and the manager drowns.
