The silenced 9mm or silenced pistol is, as the name implies, a pistol with a silencer to reduce the noise of the gun. With a silenced pistol, you can kill people without alarming others, making it ideal for stealth missions.
You reach the 'gangster level' at 20% weapon skill, and 'hitman level' at 100%.
