In the cutscene Niko is saving Roman from two attackers. After this Roman will ask you to pick up two girls, Michelle and Mallorie, from the subway-station. When you arrive there you'll have to use the horn of youre car and the girl will come out. Bring them to Michelle's appartment. Underways it is obvious that Michelle likes you but she doesn't like the clothes you're wearing. After letting the girls out at Michelle's appartment you give Roman a call and he will give you the name and adress of a fine cloths-shop. To impress Michelle you'll have to buy some new clothes. After buying them the mission is passed.
