Melee strike

In the third trailer is a small scene, where Niko is beaten with an AK-47. If this isn't a cutscene, it is a possibility that you can't just hit with your fists, but also with the weapon in your hands.

Melee strike
Handguns
Pistol

Probably based on a Glock. On artwork you can see however a pistol which looks like a 9 mm or a Desert Eagle. Considering it's artwork, it isn't sure that they are in the game. Every GTA with weapon slots has at least 2 handguns, so it isn't unlikely that there is another handgun in the game.

Combat shotgun

On two different artworks, we see a combat shotgun. It could be the S.P.A.S. 12, but it looks more like a combat shotgun, like in GTA San Andreas and GTA Liberty City Stories.

Mac-11

On another released screenshot, we see Niko firing a weapon, which looks like the Mac-11. We see his older brother in some other GTA's, the Mac-10.

MP5K

On a few screenshots you can see a weapon which looks like a small version of the MP5, the MP5K. Perhaps it's another weapon, considering that the bigger version is also in the game.

In the third trailer, we see a short scene, where Niko hides behind a car and fires with a M4 Carbine, which is usually called "M4" in GTA .

PSG1

The weapon in Niko's hand resembled on the PSG1, but it is difficult to see. At an artwork is another sniper; the G3SG/1. If they are both in the game, or just one, is unknown.

Heavy artillery
Rocket launcher (Raketwerper)

The rocket launcher was also in GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas and GTA Liberty City Stories, and it will also return in GTA IV. It is based on the RPG-7.
