When you drop in Ken Rosenberg's office, he's already waiting for you. He asks how things are going, after which Tommy tells him he needs someone that knows more about the criminal business in the city. Ken tells you the name of Kent Paul, who can be found at the Malibu Club. You have to go to the Malibu Club to talk with Kent Paul, but Tommy is a little bit impatient with Kent. After Tommy showed some aggression Kent Paul tells you that you should go to an alley near the beach to see Leo Teal, who knows more about the failed deal of you and the Vance brothers. When meeting him, a fight occurs and you have to kill him; pick up his phone, this could be useful. After you killed Leo Teal, Lance Vance shows up. He explains to you that he is looking for the persons that screwed up the deal, but that Tommy just killed the one person who knew something. Tommy doesn't want to team up with Lance, but just as he wants to walk away three other guys show up, who are accompanies of Leo Teal. Lance gives you a gun and tells you to follow him. Run after him to his car, which is parked nearby. Drive away, before the other guys can get you. Lance tells you to always carry guns with you, so he wants you to drive to Ammu-Nation, the local gunshop. Now you get explained how to buy weapons. After this, drive back to the Ocean View Hotel to end the mission.
