Cesar Vialpando is a member of the Varrios Los Aztecas. It is unknown whether he is their leader. He has a profound relationship with Kendl Johnson, and in the end of GTA San Andreas he proposes to her. But there are some problems with the family, because Sweet is against their relation, because of the two different gangs. Cesar helps CJ a few times in difficult situations. Later on he will be accepted by Kendl's family, but they will not marry in the game. Cesar always drives in a red Savanna.
