Manny Escuela used to be a gangster in a run down neighbourhood of Liberty City, but he redeemed himself and tries to change the desperate situation in Bohan. He participates in the St. Mary's Community Project in South Bohan. To prove his commitment, he makes a documentary about his work. The mayor of Liberty City gave Manny the Key of the City.
Manny is shown yelling at drugs dealer Elizabeta to leave his people alone.
