Windy, Windy, Windy, Windy Street (sometimes written with more or less 'Windy's') is a very curvy street between Calton Heights and Financial in San Fierro. At the top of the street you can buy a safe house, and after the mission Cut Throat Business a Kart will spawn on the wooden stairs at the top of the street. At the internet site of GTA San Andreas the street is called "fun for the tourists, but besides that completely useless".
Windy, Windy, Windy, Windy Street is a reference of Lombard Street in San Francisco.
