Teafore Maxwell-Davies is his real name, but friends call him Badman. Badman is a drugsdealer, who comes from the Carribbean and he is a friend of Little Jacob. Just like Jacob, it's hard to understand him because he has a Jamaican accent. Jacob tries to translate everything what Badman says because Badman is really hard to understand. Niko sees Badman first in the mission Shadow. After this mission you will see Badman again as a Random Character.
