Cherise Glover was Dwayne Forge's girlfriend for a very long time, but she left him for an other guy, Jayvon, when Dwayne went to prison. But Dwayne gave her everything she needed when he was in prison and spent much money to her. In the mission Ruff Rider Niko has to take Dwayne's money back and he can decide to kill Cherise, or let her alive. If she's left alive, she will come back as a Random Character, and Niko will have to teach her new boyfriend a lesson because he hits Cherise.
