Jethro is a mechanic and a friend of Dwaine in GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
GTA Vice City
Jethro works in the Vice City Boatyard with Dwaine in 1986. They appear only once, when Tommy Vercetti buys the shipyard.
GTA San Andreas
By the year of 1992, he moved to San Fierro where he worked as a mechanic at a Xoomer gas station. He starts working for Carl Johnson at the Doherty Garage, together with Dwaine, after The Truth recommended them as good mechanics.
