Ryder is a friend from CJ's childhood, just like Big Smoke. He is one of the big guys, and he uses more gangster language than the others. When CJ returns from Liberty City he doesn't treat him very well. He always wants to steal weapons in his missions. After he betrayed CJ together with Big Smoke, he begins an alliance with Mike Toreno, T-Bone Mendez and Jizzy B, which is called the Loco Syndicate. It doesn't exist very long. After a while a meting with the leaders will be disturbed, and Ryder will be killed by CJ. He drives in a Picador.
