Floyd Hebert was engaged with Debra and together they owned an appartement at Vespucci Beach. He was also the cousin of Wade Hebert. Trevor becomes friends with Floyd with the mission Friends Reunited. Later, Trevor will use Floyd's appartment to plan an heist. During the mission Hang Ten Trevor kills Floyd.
