Michelle is the first girlfriend of Niko. You will meet her first in the mission Three's a Crowd. Then you will get her phone number and in the mission First Date you will go bowl with her. After this mission you will have the possibility to arrange dates.
Later on, Michelle will appear in the mission The Snow Storm. Then she tells Niko her real name is Karen and she works for the government (United Liberty Paper). After this mission, you will never have the possibility to date her again and after completing Wrong is right, you will never see her again.
