The American gamesdesigner and -publisher Take Two Interactive is the mother company of Rockstar Games, and with that the final publisher of the Grand Theft Auto franshise. The company was established in 1993 and has next to Rockstar Games among other the daughter companies 2K Games, Global Stars Software, Jack of all Games and Joytech.
