After the mission Union Drive is passed Bernie will send a text message to Niko in which he lures him to Pier 45 with what it seems to be his next panic attack. Apparently there is not much of a hurry, because it is only possible in daylight, between 5:45 A.M. and 6:45 P.M. Once you get to Bernie he is not in panic at all. As a matter of fact, he is really happy and he asks Niko for a boat trip.
Once the cut scene is over, you control a Tropic. You are supposed to go to the marked location. There you will meet some Russians in a Squalo who are send by Dimitri Rascalov, they will shoot at you and then they will flee, you will have to follow them.
After the chase the Russians will dock at the graveyard in Steinway (Dukes) and try to flee on foot. Follow them and kill them. After you did this you will have to go back to Bernie, who stayed in the boat waiting for Niko. He will thank you and then leave you.
Tips
- While chasing the Russians, you will have the opportunity to perform Stunt Jumps number 33 and 44. These are also the only Stunt Jumps that have to be done by boat.
