Malibu Club
The Malibu Club is a famous nightclub in Vice Point, Vice City, near the Chariot Hotel. The Malibu has a dancefloor with a podium (where a firefighter, a cop, a construction worker, a soldier and a biker are giving a show in a parody on The Village People), surrounded by a higher area, with some tables. Across from the door you'll find the bar. Next to the bar are the stairs that leads to the private area of the owner of the Malibu Club. The club is guarded by some armed men who are wearing Brass knuckles. They will come into action when a fighting occurs, or when unauthorized people are trying to enter the private area of the owner.
Kent Paul is a visitor who you can find often at the Club. Tommy Vercetti comes to him several times, trying to get information out of him. Later, Tommy buy's the Malibu Club and organises from here bank robbery on the El Banco Corrupto Grande.
The Malibu Club costs $120.000,= and it will be marked with the following icon: 
. The factory gives you four missions: No Escape?, The Shootist, The Driver en The Job. After you've completed these missions, the Malibu generates an amount of money up to $10.000,= a day. There's always an Rumpo parked behind the building. When you've bought the factory there will appear a save-icon next to the entrance ( 
). In the private area you'll find a Knife and after the mission 'The Job' the 'Bank robbery' suit.
