After Carl Johnson prevented the attack on Salvatore Leone he wants revenge and hit the Forelli Family. You'll have to go to Saint Mark's Bistro in Liberty City to attack the Forelli Family. This is a perfect opportunity for Carl to rescue Kent Paul, Maccer and Ken Rosenberg from the evil Salvatore.
Go to the Las Venturas Airport at the end of the runway you will see a Shamal, get in and fly to the yellow blip on your radar. When you have reached it a cut scene will be unlocked, a taxi pulls up at the Saint Marks Bistro in Liberty City and Carl Johnson gets out. The Forelli mobsters don't appreciate your presence and start shooting at you. Take cover behind the plants and kill all the mobsters. Be aware for the two Forelli mobsters who will later come walk up the stairs. Go downstairs where two mobsters with shotguns will be standing behind the bar. A molotov coctail or such might now be a good weapon to use. Throw one down from the balcony above. When they are dead go to the kitchen and kill everybody there. Through the kitchen you will come in a small courtyard. When the last Forellis over there are dead you will end up in the Shamal on your way back. Fly back to Las Venturas and land on the runway of the airport to complete the mission.
