View on the Driving School.

You can find the Driving School in Doherty, San Fierro, this school will boost your driving skills. You'll have access to this school after you've passed the mission Deconstruction. After passing this school and the mission Verdant Meadows you'll receive a phone call of Jethro where he'll tell you that the races will be available. The Driving School contains 12 challenges: the better you perform, the more skills you'll earn. For every challenge you'll have to get at least a 70% score (bronze) to pass the Driving School. Afterwards and depending of your scores three cars will spawn at the parking lot next to the Driving School. There will also spawn a blue-black Banshee next to the Cobra Marital Arts gym and a gray-brown Bullet next to the Burger Shot in Juniper Hollow, San Fierro. The challenge descriptions will help you to easily score gold.
